For those in a constant, severe state of fear, seek out professional support. If you are in this category, you might need to do some energy work as well. If you do not fall in the constant state of fear, read on.
If you are still with me, let’s define the fear I am referring to a little more clearly. I am not referring to the fear of heights or the fear of a suspicious looking stranger. I do want to focus on the fear we may have from day to day that is related to an event, outcomes, or situations that might, by some, seem to be an overaction on your part but feels very real to you. All feelings are real. Thus, your fear is real to you and can be addressed. I just want to make sure we are on the same page with the type of fear I am speaking about in the terms below. If you are with me, keep reading.
If you have a fear of an outcome, event, or situation, try this. Sit in gratitude rather than fear. If you find yourself feeling the sense of fear creeping in, start going through a list of things you are grateful for. Start anywhere. The list can be the things you are grateful for in each room of your home, or items connected to your health, or abundance that recently came into your life. Focus on the list. How long should you attempt this strategy? I don’t know. See if it works for you and give it a try a couple times. If it works, keep this strategy in your tool box. If not, try something else.
Note-It is important to mention that if you fear SOMEONE, significant steps should be taken immediately that are not covered in this post.
